Delivery of orders

Delivery expectations 7-14 days (please note that due to shipping partners there could be a delay of up to 21 days depending on postal service) - however we try to ensure goods are sent out as timely as possible.

Australia Post – Australian deliveries

DHL – International deliveries

Delays
We are experiencing a high volume of orders for this product and you may experience delays in having this processed and dispatched to you.

Thankyou for your understanding

 

Pre – Order sales – please expect 6-8 week turnaround from order date.

Made to Order sales – these items are approximately 8-12 weeks. Please note that as these are made to order we are not able to refund this purchase. However, we can organise an exchange or credit note.


Refunds


If you use a discount code or purchase a sale item you are entitled to a store credit or exchange of item, no refunds are given on discounted/ sales orders.

Cancellation of orders


Should you wish to cancel your order you must email and please state in subject CANCEL to sales@czarinakaftans.com.au; with a screenshot of purchase and this must be done no later than 1hr from purchase - please note that any discounted codes or sales items will result in a store credit.
Any item purchased at full price and cancelled within this time frame will be refunded in full within the above 1hr timeframe and done so in 3 days from order being placed.


SIZING

We make every effort to size our garments per our sizing chart online. If you have a query regarding size please contact our customer care who will assist you with your query prior to purchase.

We will replace items with major colour or sizing discrepancies only if they are proven to be so once the item has been returned and inspected by our Customer Care Team.

Colour, Sizing and Product discrepancies

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. We cannot be held responsible for any minor colour discrepancies. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor.
We make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible. All our images are used from stock we supply to the consumer. We do not use different variations of these. We inspect our goods before they are shipped to ensure that there is no issue – if we are not satisfied with a product, we will not use it and have it replaced.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Czarina without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.
