Czarina Return Policy
At Czarina, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@czarina.com.au.
- Provide proof of purchase and photos showing the issue.
- Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded after assessment by our team.
Return Process
- Contact us at sales@czarina.com.au to request a return.
- Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@czarinakaftans.com.au.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or an alternative item of equal value, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including duties and taxes.
- Ensure items are marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

- Black Friday & Special Sale Policy
- All Black Friday sales are final and cannot be refunded.
- Items purchased during Black Friday promotions may be returned for store credit only.
- Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected, ensuring it meets our return conditions.
