It's essential to highlight that our approach revolves around mindful production and zero overproduction. Recognizing the environmental consequences of excess stock, we have firmly stood against overproduction. Our dedication to zero wastage ensures that we produce only what is genuinely necessary, thereby minimizing our ecological impact and promoting a healthier planet. We believe that a brief wait is a modest sacrifice for a distinctive, sustainably crafted garment that carries a meaningful story.

Certainly, we do maintain essential stock in Australia. However, the high demand often leads to rapid depletion of our inventory. It's important to note that beyond a certain threshold, we refrain from producing more to align with our commitment against overproduction.

Our goal is to provide delivery within 2 weeks, but on occasion, unforeseen factors may lead to delays in the delivery process.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200 (valid only for customers shipping to an Australian address). Due to the current volume of orders, please expect delays for it to be dispatched. For anticipated delivery time allow up to 14 business days. Please note, signature is required upon delivery of your order, if package cannot be signed for it will be taken to the nearest post office for collection at your discretion.

 

CUSTOM AND PRE-ORDERS

For pre-orders, please note that shipping times could be up to 4-6 weeks.

If your order is for a special occasion and you need the garment by a specific date, please put a note into your order details so that we can make special arrangements for you.

In some events, your order will be drop-shipped directly from India, especially when it comes to custom orders. For anticipated delivery time allow up to 21 business days.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information will be available via a dispatch email notification. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Delivery expectations 7-14 days (please note that due to shipping partners there could be a delay of up to 21 days depending on postal service) - however we try to ensure goods are sent out as timely as possible.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

 

If the item is currently available in Australia, it will be shipped within 48 hours. However, if the item is not in stock, as we adhere to our commitment against overproduction, the delivery timeframe is estimated to be between 2-3 weeks. If you have a specific date in mind, you can leave a note during the ordering process or send an email to sales@czarinakaftans.com.au for further assistance.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Once your order has already been processed, Czarina accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our Returns process is available for changing incorrect items. Please visit the Returns page for more information.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. Czarina reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
