FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200 (valid only for customers shipping to an Australian address). Due to the current volume of orders, please expect delays for it to be dispatched. For anticipated delivery time allow up to 14 business days. Please note, signature is required upon delivery of your order, if package cannot be signed for it will be taken to the nearest post office for collection at your discretion.
CUSTOM AND PRE-ORDERS
For pre-orders, please note that shipping times could be up to 4-6 weeks.
If your order is for a special occasion and you need the garment by a specific date, please put a note into your order details so that we can make special arrangements for you.
In some events, your order will be drop-shipped directly from India, especially when it comes to custom orders. For anticipated delivery time allow up to 21 business days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking information will be available via a dispatch email notification. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

Very rarely, there is a chance stock levels are not up to date on the Online Store, this means an item/s may not be available at the time of purchase.
If you have purchased an item where this error has occurred, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a credit note.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, please contact Customer Service immediately.
Once your order has already been processed, Czarina accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our Returns process is available for changing incorrect items. Please visit the Returns page for more information.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. Czarina reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
