Delivery

Australian orders

Czarina offers complimentary shipping within Australia on all orders above $200. We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries to your nominated address. You must provide correct and complete address, including a company name where applicable, and at least one contact telephone number.
All parcels require signature upon delivery. We recommend your parcel to be sent to an address where you will be able to receive it between 9am and 5pm.
If no one is at the specified address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will redirect your parcel to the nearest post office for collection.
Please allow up to 7-10 extra business days for your order to be processed.

Pre-orders

Please note that the shipping times for all pre-order items is 4-5 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE ORDERING YOUR DRESS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION AND NEED IT BY A SPECIFIC DATE PLEASE DO PUT IT IN A NOTE SO THAT WE CAN TRY AND MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU.
 

Returns &  Exchanges

 

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Czarina's purchase. Please note before you return our product, please understand all our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your package. To request a return, please email sales@czarinakaftans.com.au with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly!

Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in original condition, otherwise the return cannot be proceeded.

If you would like to exchange an item, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement garment upon receiving your store credit.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email sales@czarinakaftans.com.au with your order number and a photo of the garment, and we'll take care of you!

Please note that custom made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale merchandise and purchases under promotions can only be exchanged except in the case of a fault.

Online Outlet Sale merchandise and purchases cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a fault.

Swimwear Returns:

Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

 

Refunds

After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14-21 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

To avoid delays in processing your return, please ensure that the returns note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel.
