Returns & Exchanges

At Czarina, every piece is designed to be a work of art. We want you to feel completely in love with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our returns process simple and stress-free.

Our Returns Policy

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and embellishments attached.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, earrings, and sale items cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Full Price Purchases: Eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on markdown or with promotional offers (excluding Black Friday) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Black Friday Purchases:

    • Orders placed with the Black Friday promotion code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

    • Refunds are not available on Black Friday purchases.

    • Please allow for delays in dispatch and returns processing due to the high order volumes during this period.

How to Return

  1. Submit your return request via email to sales@czarina.com.au.

  2. Carefully repackage your item in its original condition.

  3. Ship it back using a tracked postal service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Once received, we’ll process your request within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Crystal embellishments and delicate details are hand-finished. Slight variations are part of the garment’s uniqueness and not considered faults.

  • Items that do not meet the return criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • Store credits are issued as digital gift vouchers, valid for 12 months from the issue date.
