RETURNS POLICY

CONDITIONS OF RETURN, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

 

This policy applies to all purchases made online at www.czarina.com.au

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Czarina, as we operate as separate entities.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS


Should you wish to cancel your order you must email and please state in subject CANCEL to sales@czarinakaftans.com.au; with a screenshot of purchase and this must be done no later than 1hr from purchase - please note that any discount codes or sales items will result in a store credit.
Any item purchased at full price and cancelled within this time frame will be refunded in full within the above 1hr timeframe and done so in 3 days from order being placed.

 

 

1)    RETURNS and EXCHANGES


Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

1)The item/s were purchased from the Czarina e-Boutique.

2)The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.

3)All tags are still attached.

4)Your order will be returned to us within 14 days from your delivery date.


Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Colour discrepancies or sizing are subject to our Customer Care team approving
Any items returned to Czarina without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.

Please also send emails to sales@czarinakaftans.com.au; put RETURN / EXCHANGE in, subject and reason for return,  once the item has been received at our warehouse we will endeavour to replace your request dependent on stock availability- should stock not be available we will notify you and determine what other options are available - this includes a credit note if stock unavailable or replacement of same value of another czarina product that is available and of your liking.

We are not liable for returns that do not reach our facility. Please note that shipping for returns is not covered by us. 

 

2)    REFUNDS


If you use a discount code or purchase a sale item you are entitled to a store credit or exchange of item, no refunds are given on discounted/ sales orders.

Full Priced Returns - We will accept refunds in the case of a faulty garment. All returns must be in the original condition as sent. The item must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have all the original tags attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for Australia and New Zealand. Returns after this date will not be accepted. For items that are returned because the customer feels that they do not suit them – an online credit will be issued or and exchange can be facilitated.

Sale returns - Items classified under sales include promotions, specials, markdowns using codes, as well as markdowns that are applied automatically at the checkout. All Sale items bought during our Sale Period are Final: No refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted in anyway - unless the item is deemed faulty! 

All items displayed at the OUTLET Sale are final, we do not accept returns, or exchanges or issue store credits.

Please note that if markdowns are applied at automatically at the checkout our welcome banner will always indicate that there is a sale/promotion that is running. 

Custom made and Pre Order Returns - Please note we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds on tailor-made or pre order items. Therefore, we advise you to choose carefully.

3)    EXCHANGES

We offer up-to ONE exchange only - Any postage fees will be your responsibility to return to us. Please note that we will aim to ensure that processing times for returns are carried out as swift as possible, however, the exchange could take anything between 7- 10 working days. 

4)    PROMOTIONS

Only one promotion code/discount will be accepted at any given one time. If there is an ongoing promotion applied on the website, any other promotion/code/email promotion will be invalid during this time. Promotional codes received via email, can be used/will be valid after the promotion on the website has run its course.

 

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Delivery expectations 7-14 days (please note that due to shipping partners there could be a delay of up to 21 days depending on postal service) - however we try to ensure goods are sent out as timely as possible.

 

CUSTOM AND PRE ORDERS

Pre – Order sales – please expect 6-8 week turnaround from order date.

Made to Order sales – these items are approximately 8-12 weeks. Please note that as these are made to order we are not able to refund this purchase. However, we can organise an exchange or credit note.
