How to measure yourselfMeasure in front of a mirror to ensure the tape is horizontal around your body. Keep it close but not too tight. Bust: Measure your bust at its fullest part, ensuring the tape is even and horizontal across your shoulder blades. Waist: Measure your waist, typically a centimeter or so above your belly button, ensuring the tape is snug but not loose.
