How to measure yourself

Measure in front of a mirror to ensure the tape is horizontal around your body. Keep it close but not too tight.

Bust: Measure your bust at its fullest part, ensuring the tape is even and horizontal across your shoulder blades.

Waist: Measure your waist, typically a centimeter or so above your belly button, ensuring the tape is snug but not loose.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your bottom or at the top of your thighs, whichever is widest. Keep the tape measure even and horizontal at the back, ensuring it's snug but not too tight.
